I am currently wearing these instead of my military combat boots in Afghanistan. They are very durable and feel like sneakers. They've held up very well in the mountains and other terrain I've been walking. They are waterproof as advertised (yes it does rain here).

This is my second pair of the Moab's and third pair of Merrell's overall.
I love these hiking shoes. They are very comfortable and require little
break-in. They are also light and durable. My last pair lasted 4 years and
I wear them for everyday shoes as well as walking/hiking at least once
a week. I have noticed that they run a little small. I wear a size ten and
the 10.5's fit really well.

I purchased these boots for my husband who is a swimming pool service technician. They are comfortable enough to wear on his 15 hour shifts and they keep his feet cool and dry. This is a huge problem for him and his men. Their feet are constantly wet from dealing with pool issues and rain. He has tried many other brands and styles but these are the best so far...Would highly recommend them!
